One popular person who learnt from his mistakes and is now one of the most respected in the world, Dr. J. Robert Oppenheimer, is a physicist who is called the ”Father of the Atomic Bomb” and had once faced rejection from the physics community because many senior scientists doubted his abilities and unorthodox theories. Feeling isolated, Dr.Oppenheimer fully dedicated himself to research. His determination led him to direct the Manhattan Project. After trying various ways and failing many times, he finally created the atomic bomb, which is considered the world’s most powerful weapon today. From this journey, he learned that a true genius requires responsibility, moral reflection, and humility to grasp the outcomes of one’s creations. This led to the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
